        Pink Peppercorns for Salads and Grilling

This simple, quick recipe is nourishing and delicious, without being heavy.  It brings out the natural flavors of greens, edamame, steamed vegetables, pressed salad, and is a delicious marinade for grilled vegetables or fish. The flavor is light, fresh and clean.

Ingredients

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
HimalaSalt™, fine grain or coarse ground, finely ground
Organic Garlic, finely minced, or organic dehydrated garlic bits
Organic fresh lemon juice
Organic Pink Peppercorns

In a bowl, add organic extra virgin olive oil, HimalaSalt, minced garlic or dehydrated organic garlic bits, add lemon juice and stir. Pour on salad, toss and add pink peppercorns, toss lightly again. Adjust proportions to taste and quantity per number of people served.

For grilling, adjust recipe by using a pinch more HimalaSalt, a bit less lemon, and marinate vegetables or fish for 2 hours.
