Melissa Kushi recently teamed up with Torrey Oates of the Epicurean Society, and filmmaker Theodore Collatos to film preparation of some amazing recipes using the HimalaSalt Himalayan Salt Plates, Slabs, Bowls, and other HimalaSalt products.  Melissa prepared a mix of raw-vegan, plus sustainably harvested seafood and drinks to entertain and tantalize.
